The Tampa Bay Lightning (10-3-2), fourth in the Eastern Conference, visit the Western Conference-leading Minnesota Wild (12-3-3) at Grand Casino Arena. Tampa Bay is unbeaten at home but still seeking consistency on the road.

John Carlson scored twice, and Dennis Hildeby played spectacularly in net as the Tampa Bay Lightning beat the Minnesota Wild 3-2 on Thursday night. Nikita Kucherov notched two more assists, continuing his opening-season point streak. The win was the Bolts' third straight, capping a three-game home stand.

Erik Cernak scored the game-winning goal with less than four minutes to play, and Darren Raddysh had a goal and two assists as the Tampa Bay Lightning fought back from a two-goal deficit twice to beat the Minnesota Wild, 6-3.

What a difference a month can make. Entering the Olympic Break on February 5th, the Tampa Bay Lightning were riding an impressive streak of 19-1-1 in their last 21 games. Add in an impressive performance upon their return on March 4th against Toronto, and it seemed the break would not affect their level of play.
